January 25, 2010 | "Dear Tamara, I want to thank you and your company for helping Cole's Interiors successfully complete a design project in New York. As a family owned design studio and furniture store in northern California, we don't often have the opportunity to assist clients decorate their New York homes. This situation arose, when one of our client's brother came to visit from New York. He was so impressed with his brother's home, that he requested Cole's Interiors to do the same with his! We were in need of a company to assist in the receiving, inspection, storage and delivery of many high end furniture pieces and accessories. We came upon Big Apple online and requested them to assist. After a few months, and over 30 pieces of furniture, lamps, art, and area rugs, the project was complete!
Big Apple did a fantastic job. They received, unboxed, and inspected all merchandise. Whenever there was any type issue with the freight, Tamara was right there emailing me pictures and assisting in resolving the problem. Once all the merchandise was received, Big Apple delivered everything with the utmost care and professionalism.
Our New York client was very impressed the way the delivery men took such care of his furniture, placing it where he directed, and re-directed!
